Good day, Thomas Kral. Making Apache DSOs is not difficult at all.  The only
which you should pay special attention is configuration.
Examples about how to configure your DSO are located in the Demos/ApacheDSO/
of your Delphi installation directory.
Should need arise you may contact me anytime you wish. By the way, to
simplify DSO development in Delphi I would advise you to look to the EWF
components (ExpressWeb Framework), though it is up to you :-)
