yes it is running as group www on version 1.3.20 now.  The group www is defined is
/etc/group. The only thing I can think of is that it isnt looking at
httpd/etc/httpd.conf like 1.3.20 was.  I wonder if there is a default group that it
would use if the group wasnt set.
