If you have Apache installed as an NT service, it should be running even if
you're not logged in. Open up Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services,
and look for Apache[2]. It should have status 'Started'.
But do try to access the server from another computer, while noone is logged
in, to be certain it's working as it should.
