a web form posts two vars. html code:

<input type="radio" name="v" value="4"> <input type="text" name="T"
size="20" value="outro">
<p align="center"><input type="submit" value="  Votar  "
style="background-color: #FFCC00; color:#0000FF; font-weight:bold"></p>
</form>

and php don't receive anything!!!
