through the https?

yes, it is possible ... just add the same alias somewhere in SSL virtual
host definition .. eg:

<VirtualHost _default_:443>
.
.
.
Alias /XXXX/ "D:/YYYY/"
 <Directory "D:/TestTTT">
     AllowOverride None
     Order allow,deny
     Allow from all
 </Directory>
.
.
.
</VirtualHost>

if you want to use both HTTP and HTTPS, then you should have 'alias'
definition in 'alias section' (<IfModule mod_alias.c> ...) and also in SSL
virtual host section ..
