Hope this info can be of some help...

Where is this machine?
The machine is the client machine.

Which machine is generating the error?
There are 3 different machines generating the error, all clients.

What type of network connection exists between them? 
All pc's are running on a Novell network and link to the provider via
a router connected to a 256k dedicated data line

How is this configured?
