Yes and no.

You can run one name-based vhost on port 443 and one or more name-based
vhosts on port 80 (or any other port), but you can't run more than one
name-based vhost on port 443. You can run name-based virtual hosts on HTTPS,
but not the way Alex was trying. Alex has to delete one of the port 443
hosts or get another IP address.

You are trying to make name-based virtual hosts on HTTPS. This cannot be
done. The reasons are fundamental to the HTTP/SSL protocols and not a bug or
feature. Check out
http://www.modssl.org/docs/2.8/ssl_faq.html#ToC47

for the reason why (basically, until you establish SSL, you don't get a Host
header so you don't know which vhost to use. But you can't establish SSL
unless you find the right vhost...)
