Remeber, VBScript is a licensed language (unlike perl or ecma-script). 
There are other ASP modules for Apache, but they will not do VBScript.  
Since most people want to do VBScript with ASP, we point to a vendor
that supports it.

Take a look at http://www.apache-asp.org/.  They have a free ASP
module, but it uses PerlScript.  They also have an FAQ that states
clearly that it cannot do VBScript -

Chilisoft isnt a freebie, could you guys suggest a good asp module that
is more "budget friendly"?
