That's just the way it goes.  Any absolute link (starting in "/" or
"http") will break out of the proxy.  There is no way around thist.
Think about it from the browser perspective: If it sees a link <a
href="/">...  when it has browsed to http://www.myip.org/lotus/, then by
the rules of URL resolution, it must ask for http://www.myip.org/.  But,
of course, if it saw the same link when it browsed to
http://www.lotus.com/, it would ask for http://www.lotus.com/.

Theoretically, someone could write a 2.0 filter that would rewrite all
the relative links to point to the proxy, but it would be quite a task,
and it would slow down the server.
