I downloaded the BINARY distribution from versiontracker which used
the following link:

 http://www.apache.org/dist/httpd/binaries/macosx/httpd-apache_2.0.35-powerp
c-apple-darwin5.3.tar.gz

Once unpacked, I ran install-bindist.sh as root and let it do it's own
thing....

Any help would be appreciated...
