Subject Apache 2 - Proxy failing during SSL decryption
Date Tue, 21 May 2002 15:51:55 GMT
Hello,
I'm having a problem when trying to proxy a server using https:

My server makes the request to the remote server, and it is served
successfully by the remote server (according to its logs).
However, my server returns a zero size document to the browser (status
200). If I set my log level to debug I see that the size of the encrypted
data in the log looks like it's the right size, but it gets lost between
the ssl phase and the return to the user.

I can proxy some of the documents on the remote server. I typically only
have the problem when proxying some pages generated by cgi scripts. And its
not all cgi-scripts... but its always the same ones, they don't work
sometimes and not others. Also, they do work if I access them directly.

I had thought this might have been related to issue BZ#8903
(http://nagoya.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=8903), so I compiled
Apache from CVS, but I'm still having the problem.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
