Subject version 2.0.3x, apache -k & mpm_winnt
Date Mon, 20 May 2002 22:58:30 GMT
hi all,

mpm_winnt doesn't seem to appear to handle the shutdown -k flag the way
apache for windows used to in the 1.3 world. when i run apache in a
console, or through an exec, and the invoke another apache with '-k
shutdown' the second instance doesn't shutdown the first instance. ^C
works fine to kill the first instance.

am i right in my understanding that the mpm_winnt module is designed to
run as a windows service, and not typically in console?

cheers,
andy
