Subject Method not allowed

Hi
When I try to upload a file with a simple perl-script to my web server I receive the following
error:

Method Not Allowed
The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /bestyrelsen/upload.pl.
Apache-AdvancedExtranetServer/1.3.22 Server at 192.38.210.139 Port 80

My file settings are in order. (ownership and so)

My commonhttpd.conf file contains this:
<Directory /var/www/html>
  Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews ExecCGI
   AllowOverride All
   Order deny,allow
   Deny from all
   Allow from 192.38.210
</Directory>

There is nothing with <Limit> in the conf. file at all.

What is wrong?

Best regards,
Christian Wix
