	If you are running on Intel/Linux, you might want to simply try out
ApacheToolBox.com.  This will build everything you want auto-magically for
you.  Otherwise, you should probably go with FP extensions version 5, which
is 2002.  You will also want to use the latest version of Mod_frontpage,
which I can't remember where it is located.
