Because the underlying API has been changing every other week during the
development phase. Since not that many people were using it
anyways,module
authors or companies saw no point in developing the modules, but rather
decided to wait until things settle
Hopefully now that 2.0 is finally released, stable and people start
using it, many
more vendors will start porting their modules
