Subject Re: Using multiple virtual hosts?

You probably don't want to run your own DNS. First off, to host your own
domain name you have to have a primary and a secondary name server, and each
server must have a unique IP number. It is very easy (and free) to use
http://www.no-ip.com and if you have your own domain name, they can provide
you DNS for it for $24.00 per year.

The DNS server comes built into all of the Win2k server edition. I am not
aware of any shareware DNS servers, but I am sure they probably exist if you
search around....

Oh thank you all!
Could you recommend me a DNS server that works under Win 2k?

Thank you!

You will need to create your own dns server and point all of your computers
at the dns server for it to work. I have it setup as
mychristiannetwork.lan at my home.
