Would 

Something like

[site1]

RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule ^(.*) http://www.site2.com/redirectedfromsite1 [R]

[site2]
RewriteEngine On
RewriteRule ^(.*)/redirectedfromsite1 $1 [E=HTTP_REFERER:site1]

work?
