Yes, it seems that some things are missing from Apache 1.33 response but
with this server I have no problems.
I have problems with Apache 2 because the SSI that is a counter is not
increased.

What does "don't work at all" mean?  You could be hitting a sub-request
bug that has been fixed since the release of 2.0.35

You aren't showing the same thing.  There are parts obviously missing from
teh 1.3.33 response.
