If you are using a Windows machine you need to put the UNC path of the directory in the virtual
web, like the example I sent.  If it was working, and you do not point to a specific file,
it should still work, but it will display the directory contents instead of a web page.

    Okay I have been playing around and I seem to getting farther

     

    Now when I goto bspeck.no-ip.com it works.. I see the pages 

     

    And when I go to 

    Countrybarn.servebeer.com  I get a Forbidden error..

     

    Can someone  please help me out with this
