You need to buy a commercial product from ChiliSoft -
http://www.chilisoft.com/.

There are several other ASP engines for Apache, but ChiliSoft's is the
only one that supports VB (which most of you ASP developers like to use
for some strange reason).  Most other ASP implementations for Apache use
PerlScript - great language, but not interchangable with VB.
