Subject RE: Mod_Frontpage

OK. I did a little work on the Makefile to setup the chowns to go
to the bin group, just a guess. The 'make install' now executes all the way
through, but I feel I am still missing something here. If I run 'httpd -l'
I do NOT see the mod_frontpage.c in the list of modules. Also, I am still
unable to connect to the server with FrontPage.

I am guessing that there is something in the FrontPage package that
I need to run in order to complete the setup. Any ideas? Thanks again.

Just create a 'wheel' group under HP-UX and let the 'make install'
continue.
At a later time, you only need edit your /etc/group file (if that's the
standard location in HP-UX)
