Subject RE: what gives?
Date Wed, 06 Mar 2002 19:02:31 GMT
owen,

very weird. when i remove the Port definitions, and add a "Listen 80" next
to the virtual host definintion, and a "Listen 443" next to my virtual host
that needs to speak ssl, after a httpd restart command, my server dies and i
get this error...

[Wed Mar 6 12:51:27 2002] [warn] VirtualHost 192.168.2.14:80 overlaps with
VirtualHost 192.168.2.14:80, the first has precedence, perhaps you need a
NameVirtualHost directive
[Wed Mar 6 12:51:27 2002] [crit] (98)Address already in use: make_sock:
could not bind to port 443

should i comment out the overall server definitions below the virtual server
stuff? i thought that stuff got overridden by the virtual host
definitions...

matt
