Subject OPTIONS request to Apache : question
Date Sun, 31 Mar 2002 20:38:35 GMT
Hi folks,

When I send an OPTIONS request to Apache I always receive this :

HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Date: Wed, 27 Mar 2002 12:06:12 GMT
Server: Apache
Content-Length: 0
Allow: GET, HEAD, POST, PUT, DELETE, CONNECT, OPTIONS, PATCH,
PROPFIND, PROPPATCH, MKCOL, COPY, MOVE, LOCK, UNLOCK, TRACE
Connection: close

What can I do to only display that only GET, HEAD and OPTIONS methods are
allowed ? I tried to write the following setting in my httpd.conf but I
still receive the same :

<Directory "/home/apache/htdocs">
     Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
     AllowOverride AuthConfig Limit
     <Limit GET POST OPTIONS>
         Order allow,deny
         Allow from all
     </Limit>
     <LimitExcept GET POST OPTIONS>
         Order deny,allow
         Deny from all
     </LimitExcept>
</Directory>

Any idea ?

Thanks,
