Sure.  Here's a sketch:

NameVirtualHost *

<VirtualHost *>
ServerName reverse1.example.com
ProxyPass / http://internal1.example.com/
ProxyPassReverse / http://internal1.example.com/
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost *>
ServerName reverse2.example.com
ProxyPass / http://internal2.example.com/
ProxyPassReverse / http://internal2.example.com/
</VirtualHost>
