Thanks for the reply, but I don't seem to be having much luck with the
advice.

    Even though my Path to Python doesn't include spaces, I tried quoting
the Shebang Path to no avail. I still get the error:::
[Wed Jan 30 10:37:00 2002] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] couldn't spawn child
process: c:/program files/apache group/apache/pyscripts/oneshot.py

    The path to the directory I've chosen to execute cgis does have space
however. Could this be the culprit?

    The Shebang I've got looks like this::
#! "c:/proj/Python22"
    Which is the path to python on my machine. Since Windows seems to
accept both forward and backward slashes as directory thingamabobs, this
works elsewhere and so I thought it might here as well, but now I don't
know.

    The Error goes away and I'm able to execute the script when I include
the "ScriptInterpreterSource Registry"  line though.

Nothing unusual -- except that you need to quote the path
if it contains spaces:

#! C:/Perl/perl.exe
#! "C:/Program Files/Perl/perl.exe"
--
#ken	P-)}
