Now I'm really confused... If you have 

DocumentRoot /www/free/agroturystyka

then

GET /free/agroturystyka/ramglw.html
or 
http://www.agroturystyka.vis.pl/free/agroturystyka/ramglw.html

will look for the file:

/www/free/agroturystyka/free/agroturystyka/ramglw.html

which is not the same file as:

/www/free/agroturystyka/ramglw.html

Have I understood you correctly? 

Sorry if I appear to go on about things you are sure are correct, but
until we verify absolutely that your configuration is correct there is
no point in investigating apache. The problem you report is quite
unusual so we have to consider all possibilities.
