Vernon,
I take it you're new to the Unix environment. All file names
are case sensitive in Unix, as opposed to the windows world where they
are not. So "index.html" and "InDeX.hTmL" are the same file in windows,
but are completely different in Unix. So if you are on a windows
platform you will probably not run into this problem.
Are there any nifty modules out there that'll search for similar
file names by case that Vern could add to his configuration to help on
the Unix side?

Subject: Ignore Caps

Hey all.

I'm new to Apache and am trying to learn it. I must say I
am impressed by the flexibility, but am having a problem
with caps in file names and folders. I do I get Apache to
ignore whether the file is using caps or not?

Thanks
Vern
