Das PHP Modoul wurde nicht geladen und somit kennt er diese Direktive nicht.

Normal ist es ein LoadModule und AddModule. Dieses kann jenach Distribution
in einem <IfDefine PHP4> #machwas <IfDefine/> stehen.
Als schau in deine httpd.conf.
