it wasn't removed, it was replaced by need. and the original behavior of 
have has changed not to push the skip reasons. Please feel free to improve 
the docs, but if you do, please post a patch against testing.pod (so one 
probably need to do s/have/need/ and mention have as something to use when 
one doesn't want the skip reason to be added).
