Ah, interesting. I needed them at one time, but it was a long time ago 
that I wrote that code. I just changed it to:

     use File::Spec::Functions qw(catdir);
     use lib catdir '@ServerRoot@', 'lib';

And all tests passed. If I require the next version of Apache::Test, I 
guess I'll be able to get rid of that, too, eh?
