does this make any difference/

perl Makefile.PL -apxs K:/Coar/Apache/Server-1.3/bin/ -httpd 

and this?

perl Makefile.PL -httpd K:/Coar/Apache/Server-1.3/bin/Apache.exe

of course i assume that that's the path to httpd.
