I've already made those changes, and found a few more style things too...missing 
braces after if & for stmts, continued string args with the leading " not lined 
up with the arg above it, and a few extraneous blank lines...so don't bother 
with another patch just yet.  I'll commit after making sure this builds and a 
mini-SPEC run works.
