Subject All rewrite tests fail on Win32 for Accept:

Ok... ideas?

Oh... but first good news, all non-ssl tests fly other than rewrite & vhost_alias :)

This is the basic error, across the board (tests 1-15).

I suspect even-numbered mod_vhost_alias tests suffer the same.
