Regarding that, I've declared mod_auth_openpgp (that will be renamed to mod_openpgp, as it
is more
an openpgp extenion for http module than an authorization module [although it works like that
when
combined with mod_access, php, etc]) licensed under the apache license 2.0, because I expect
the
Apache Software Foundation to consider it for inclusion.
