First off, thanks for your interest! And definitely collaborate with
takashi's efforts, that is why the docs sub-project exists.

Yes, it is impossible to have 80 column representations of some xml tags,
and some CN/JP text. This should have been expressed as a SHOULD
recommendation, not a MUST. Feel free to present the text as it aught to be

For some text begging for translation into simplified and classic Chinese
(along with Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, etc), please have a look in the
docs/error/ directory of httpd source? These are very 17 simple text blocks
explaining HTTP errors to end users (browsers), and are enabled by admins
on many httpd installations. (If you do, a single changeset to all 17 files
would be greatly appreciated, so that we don't end up in a partial
translation state.)
