メインの設定ファイルは普通は httpd.conf

First off, thanks for your interest! And definitely collaborate with
takashi's efforts, that is why the docs sub-project exists.

Yes, it is impossible to have 80 column representations of some xml tags,
and some CN/JP text. This should have been expressed as a SHOULD
recommendation, not a MUST. Feel free to present the text as it aught to be
represented.

For some text begging for translation into simplified and classic Chinese
(along with Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, etc), please have a look in the
docs/error/ directory of httpd source? These are very 17 simple text blocks
explaining HTTP errors to end users (browsers), and are enabled by admins
on many httpd installations. (If you do, a single changeset to all 17 files
would be greatly appreciated, so that we don't end up in a partial
translation state.)

But Apache projects are all about tackling projects that interest you, so
please jump into the documents that interest you most. We don't set an
agenda.

And, please fix the typo in "Make sure all your lines in the xml file dont
> exceed the 80 character lenght, so it is easy to read the file."

Fixed. For simplicity, next time, please consider posting the link for the
file to be fixed.
