Subject [Bug 58893] Document that RewriteMap names must be unique across the server

--- Comment #1 from Sean Timmins <stimmins@wiley.co.uk> ---
Have tried the following simple config on v2.2.24 and v.2.4.16 and both maps,
though they have the same name, work fine.

<VirtualHost *:8080>
    ServerName site1

    RewriteEngine on
    RewriteMap testmap prg:/path/to/testmap1.sh
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/Vhost1/
    RewriteCond ${testmap:REDIRECT} (.+)
    RewriteRule /?(.*) /Vhost1/%1 [L,R]
</VirtualHost>

<VirtualHost *:8080>
    ServerName site2

    RewriteEngine on
    RewriteMap testmap prg:/path/to/testmap2.sh
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/Vhost2/
    RewriteCond ${testmap:REDIRECT} (.+)
    RewriteRule /?(.*) /Vhost2/%1 [L,R]
</VirtualHost>

So misreported or possibly already fixed?
