Currently there's an empty <div></div> container in the HTML, which is... w=
ell=20
semantic crap ;)

Since the comments are only available if JS is enabled (and only then the d=
iv=20
container is useful), the suggestion is to create the div from within the=20
javascript.

document.write('<div><\/div>');

This also solves the <div/> problem, since xslt doesn't prcoess it at all.
