Some of your questions are very unclear. I'll offer you one answer, but
suggest you share your questions with a more proficient English language
student to ensure they are what you had meant to ask.  Perhaps someone

Apache httpd has been the most popular web server on the Internet since April 1996, and

other countries.  All of these specific individuals working together

Collaborators here contribute to the source code, and/or documentation.
Some also help out on peer-to-peer support lists, help the project's
web site or package releases, or even help operate our foundation.

Nearly all use the software and wish for it to be enhanced and improved.
Some are paid for their work in this space, others are hobbyists.  Most
paid collaborators have contributed some of their own personal time to
the project.

Through this mailing list, along with other "user" and "docs" focused
mailing lists, also some face-to-face hackathon/gatherings, and some
use IRC.  All binding decisions are concluded on this list.
