Formal Public Identifier.  I had used <abbr> markup, but that
doesn't feature in the subset of HTML supported by our docs.

Also known as the <!DOCTYPE ...> line.

Both.  It's the initial and default size, but it's also the increment
in the (rare) occasion that a bigger size is needed.
