Interesting.

I've just fixed this in r1066444 .

But it raises the question over whether this would make a worthwhile proxy
enhancement.  Don't see why it shouldn't be enabled in a proxy, provided of
course it's not defaulting to a limit.  Hijacking your PR to an enhancement
request!

But that's for trunk, not 2.2.x.
