I see... The reason for the second revision is to avoid race conditions. Translators= =20 don't always keep up with the current checkins. So the suggested workflow=20 behind all this is: =2D svn diff -r | =2D translatedfile - update - delete revision before colon =2D (build validate-xml) =2D checkin =2D update transformation (the comment is adjusted) =2D checkin The update phase is arbitrarily long and we had it already that the origina= l=20 was updated in the meantime. The next time the repos is updated and the transformation is run for the=20 particular language, the comment is adjusted again. And the (outdated) comment can be grepped for. Hope that explains better the intentions.
