The important thing is for you to ensure that such a site does -not- use
the feather without permission (rarely granted, fyi) and states that the
site is not affilated with the Apache Software Foundation <clicky link
to the right place>.

Beyond that, there are many sites out there, but you have to remember that
"Apache" is a trade mark of the foundation.  So yes, that domain is actually
abuse of the -foundation's- mark.  Be that as it is, you are far from the
only one <shrug>.
