httpd.apache.org/docs/SomeDirective would be fine.
httpd.apache.org/docs/goto/SomeDirective or something similar would also
do it. But httpd.apache.org/goto/SomeDirective is outsite of the
httpd.apache.org/docs namespace. I think, we should avoid this.
