Subject [PATCH] to make German 412 more catchy

I've just read the German version of the 412 Precondition Failed error message 
for Apache 2 and I think it needs to be changed. I read it several times and I 
didn't understand it until I read RFC 2068. It sounds pretty officialese, so I 
came up with a more catchy version. See below.

By the way, I'm currently working on a Zulu translation of the error documents. 
When I'm finished should I submit the patches all in one single mail or one by one?
