I'm trying to work on the mod_rewrite docs, but seem to be having
technical difficulties.

I like the document, While the title makes a lot of sense to me, I do
agree that it might be a little obscure to the target reader. I'd have
to think on it for a moment. This doc more clearly explains some of the
things that are just aluded to in the content negotiation docs.

A big +1 from here. I'm sure that there's room for polishing, but this
looks like a good addition to the documentation.
