When I added "en" at the top of the list, the page appeared correctly. When I had "en-us", the "ja" option was preferred above "en-us", "es" and "de", even although "ja" was the last option in the list. I don't have the accept line. I'm looking at the configuration dialog in IE 6. Thanks for your help.
