That's clear. But our docs aren't built on the users' system instead of 
locally (i.e. injected into CVS) and it would be desirable to hold the 
tools in CVS, too. (especially if we want to modify it ...)

The point we have to check further is, how the db2man handles I18N. I 
believe, not sooo far in the future, we have at least translated xml/html 
files, which probably also should be converted to man. (?)
