Well, the element has been added to the DTD. A layout suggestion can be=20 found at http://cvs.apache.org/~kess/invoking.html.de#errors. The string (Anm.d.=DC.:"Kann nicht an Port ... binden" ) is such a translation note. More concrete: =20 "Kann nicht an Port ... binden"=20 will be build to =20 (Anm.d.=DC.:"Kann nicht an Port ... binden" ).=20 The string "Anm.d.=DC.:" is language dependend telling the reader "this is a= =20 translation note". So please, let me know your comments...
