Why are the SSLProxy* directives undocumented?  I notice they were
undocumented in 1.3's mod_ssl as well, so I'm guessing that was the
reason.  Anyway, Covalent has some docs about it at:

Any chance of getting that little bit donated?  Or can somebody write some
new ones?
