	Assuming this is all for the 2.0 servers, including 
www.apache.org, I'd like to see the original graphic remain with its 
current filename (think you planned this, but not certain).

1)	+1, add unanimated apache_pb2.gif with '2.0' in the image.
2)	-0, in favor of 4) -- don't really care which
3)	+1
4)	+1 -- this would be the only use of the animated graphic by 
default, right?
5)	+1
